Questions about an existing order?
Contact us with your name, puppy’s name, order number, and the reason for your request. Please do not send full payment account details through the contact form. The $300 reservation deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind. Other refund requests are handled under the written purchase agreement and applicable requirements; this page does not promise a blanket refund or return period for other amounts.
Adoption fee and meeting reservations
At Breeders Valley, our priority is finding loving, committed homes for our Corgi puppies. Our placement approach is centered on adoption and the puppy’s wellbeing, rather than breeding for profit. We ask each adopting family to pay an affordable $800 adoption fee and commit to providing lifelong love, care, and a safe home.
To arrange a meeting, we require a $300 reservation deposit, credited toward the $800 adoption fee and fully refundable if you change your mind. Email info@breedersvalley.com to confirm puppy availability and agree on an appointment before paying or travelling. Confirm your itemized total and payment timing in writing.
Delivery to any destination outside Bristol, Connecticut costs $200 per order. One puppy plus delivery totals $1,000 before other charges. After the $300 deposit, $500 of the puppy fee remains; with delivery to a destination outside Bristol, the remaining total is $700 before other charges. Confirm payment timing, delivery details, and the itemized total in writing. Adding a puppy to the cart does not reserve the puppy.
